In most cases we can arrange a visit within the same week. We'll always offer you the earliest slot available and confirm everything in writing.

If your appliance can't be repaired, we charge a reduced call-out fee to cover the engineer's time and diagnosis. We'll always be upfront and give you honest advice on whether repair or replacement makes more sense.

Yes. We repair all major brands including Bosch, Hotpoint, Samsung, AEG, Indesit, Zanussi, Beko, Whirlpool, Siemens, LG, and many more. If you're unsure, just ask.

All parts we supply carry a 3-month guarantee. If the same fault recurs within that period due to the part or our workmanship, we'll come back and sort it at no charge.

Yes — while we primarily serve domestic households, we do take on work for landlords. Get in touch and we can arrange visits to tenanted properties directly.

If the repair is under 50% of the replacement cost and the appliance isn't near end of life, repair is usually the better option — and better for the environment too. We'll always give you our honest assessment.
