Tony carries out all the repair and installation work personally. With over a decade of hands-on experience across every major brand and appliance type, he's methodical, thorough, and doesn't leave a job until it's right.

Lorna handles all calls, customer enquiries, and scheduling. When you get in touch, you're speaking with Lorna — someone who knows the business inside out and will make sure you're looked after from the first call to the finished job.
How it started
We didn't start with a van
and a website. We started with a drum and a welding torch.
In the early days, Tony and Lorna would collect customers' faulty washing machines and tumble dryers, strip them down, and either refurbish them to sell on or recycle the parts. What couldn't be salvaged was repurposed — Tony even made firepit burners from the steel drums, turning scrap into something useful.
Over time, the work evolved. Customers started asking Tony to come to them — to fix appliances in their homes rather than haul them away. Word spread. The business grew. Today, Tony carries out in-home repairs across Fife and Kinross, and the ethos hasn't changed: do the job properly, treat people fairly, and don't waste what can be fixed.
