Available on all orders UK-wide. Delivered by Royal Mail or equivalent tracked courier.

Delivery information

All orders are dispatched from our base in Lochore, Fife. We ship to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote postcodes may take longer than the times shown — we'll advise if this applies to your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, particularly during busy periods.

We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return a part, here's how it works:

Important: We can only accept returns on parts that are unopened and in their original packaging. Parts that have been opened, fitted, or used cannot be returned.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Email office@tonysappliancerepairservice.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

We'll confirm your return is approved and provide the return address.

Send the item back to us in its original, unopened packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

What can't be returned

  • Parts that have been opened or removed from their original packaging
  • Parts that have been fitted, installed, or used in any way
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items damaged by the customer after receipt

If a part arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Ordered the wrong part?

If you're unsure whether a part is compatible with your appliance before ordering, get in touch first — we'd rather help you order the right thing than have to process a return. Email or call us with your appliance make, model, and the fault you're experiencing and we'll advise.
